Writer’s to-do list- a baker’s dozen
1) Finish the third installment of Mad Moll- a matter of two or three paragraphs, at best- and find the plot for the fourth installment.
2) Finish the sequel to “The Baroness’ Boy” which is halfway done.
3) Finish the last sex scene in the story about the groupie and the rockstar.
4) Finish the last sex scene in the other story about the groupie and the rockstar.
5)Begin, for crissake, the modern version of Daedalus and Icarus- that’s only been sitting on the back burner for nine months or more!
6) finish plotting out the erotic version of Arachne, and see if my new friend the comic book artist wants to use it.
Finish plotting out “Bonny Jack”
9) Begin an erotic story in Damon Runyon style- in which all the women are Dolls, all the men are guys, and all the tense is present, even what is happening yesterday.
10) Make a decision about “Sarabande”- should it become a series of shorter stories linked together, or should I try to make one enormous sprawling novel out of it?
11) Transcribe the jailhouse RP files and work out the story arc. Try to keep the damn thing shorter than novel length.
12) Come up with a suitable, Wildean, vehicle for GhostGecko to star in.
13) Introduce Miximatosis amongst the plot bunnies- with this case of writers’s block that I have, there is simply no room left for them to breed!

12) But dude, I’m ugly. No point challenging yourself too much.
So? Uglies get laid too.
A mildly autistic horror-fiction writer who works as a greengrocer in a decrepit old city… positively Lovecraftian!
I only hope I can do it without inadvertantly insulting you, the real-life model. Seriously.
I seriously doubt I’d be insulted.
Well, it will all go past you before it’s published. You get rights.
Of course, WHEN it will get written- who knows?
And, by the way, may I publish your Jack Sparrow story on a private site? I’ve given them the link to it, but I don’t know if anyone knows how to click a link there!
Ooo, really? Sure. Will I know if they like it or not? (the version on ficwad is the most recent edit, I think)
yes, I will report all feedback to you, and provide them with a link, ask them to let you know directly.
You know, the ending to that story is what makes me think of Oscar Wilde in relation to your work.
And actually, I think they’d appreciate “How the West Was Won’ as well- these are rabid JD fans, and also pretty intelligent, and kind of… bloodthirsty. (don’t hit me, okay, Laura?)
Your Av- LOL!
I think I like West a little better, but that’s because it’s Crispin and Johnny, which is much better. It was damn hard to give Will a, y’know, personality. LOL.
It is a good av, isn’t it? So apropos.
The commentary is starting to come in about your story. I’ll gather it up and pass it along for you- and can I post West also? I went to AFF and didn’t find it there.
I KNOW that’s where I read it, becazuse that’s how I tracked you down in the first place.
I admit to having a copy on my harddrive. Probably off of aff.
Yay! I am such a praise whore.
I can send you a copy of “West” – I’ve probably edited/grammer-checked it a bit since I posted it on AFF.
kindly please!
so where’s my copy of “west”?
waaaaiiiiiiiiit a minute………
Hey…….rabid, bloodthirsty?!! Ok, maybe a little….alright MUCH of both….but only when it comes to JD!! Otherwise we seem to be fairly weird and original and creative women. All good things!! Woah, hold the press…..you are one of us aren’t you Stella?!!! Ya’ know, the rabid, bloodthirsty for JD ones!! I thought so. So we are all in good company.
And we are definitely pretty and intelligent!!!
Geeze, why do I post at this early morning hour when my brains are still paralyzed by sleep? Gah……
