Three boys make one Tenor

PS; I don’t know if this is a solo aria. Is it meant to be a trio?

PPS; I have been informed that this is a baritone voice…

PPPS; apparently I suck at rich text editing. Fixed that at least…

It’s not an aria. Arias are always either from operas, or specifically notes as “concert arias”.
O sole mio is a famous Italian song, kind of a tenor standard. Even Elvis did it as “It’s Now or Never”.
The Italian traditions of music are pretty incestuous, with most pop stars being semi-trained singers, and in between cheesy Italian pop songs, they usually throw in some croony, mic-aided “popera” as well, Mario Lanza style.
    Italians love that shit. >:.)
Cute kids. The geeky one was my fave.

yeaaah, so it is tenor dammit! I blame my sucky speakers and my informant’s over-the-yardarm state of drinkage.
Cut kids indeed! The middle one reminds me of Zeppo Marx in “Night At The Opera.” The geek is adorable. And the tallest, plump one, with his down-tilted eyes, chubby dimpled cheeks, and little Putto mouth looks like a Terry Pratchett character.
