Childbirth is painful because you are forcing something the size of a basketball out of your cervix. Under normal circs, noting goes in or out of that hole, beyond a few microscopic sperms if they wiggle fast enough. It’s smaller than your piss slit. To get that to open up means the body has to flood itself with chemicals and hormones, that create cramps just about everywhere. The pain of childbirth has very little to do with your pussy.

I think it might have to do with the strength of the uterus too, though. It’s one of the strongest muscles in the body, but normally it just sits there doing nothing. Then, it starts flexing and bumping against parts of your body that aren’t used to being touched by anything.
